  • Had John's Refrigeration out on July 14th 2015 for a second opinion on what was diagnosed as a locked up compressor with a recommendation by Air Care Heating and Cooling of new unit installation. Taylor was my technician and within a few minutes he reported that the dual capacitor was shot and needed replaced. So for $339.37 my AC was up and running within 30 minutes. It's been two weeks and no problems so clearly there wasn't anything wrong with the compressor and I certainly didn't need a new AC unit (this is only a 10 year old Lennox). John's Refrigeration will be getting my future business.
