  • I can't say enough good things about this company. My apartment flooded and Damage Control was contracted with my insurance agency to come out and take care of the mess. Blake was so amazing and understanding when he came out to assess the damage and go over with me what will need to happen the next couple of days. The following Day, Gilbert and Eric came out and took inventory of everything and were so understanding while I cried about the memories that I lost. They were so amazing and professional! The next day Luis came out with his team and of course Eric and Gilbert, and they packed everything and moved me out of my apartment. They helped me find a storage space close to where i'll eventually be moving to, and when I got the wrong size, Luis advised me to get a bigger space with air conditioning so nothing gets damaged in the AZ heat. I seriously can't say enough good things about them and how they helped me. From beginning to end, the entire team was just incredible. My life was flipped upside down over night and my apartment complex was so rude and inconsiderate about my loss. I had to be out of my place in a weeks time, and this company was absolutely incredible! I would recommend them to any and all people who need this type of assistance during a transition. I wish I could post a picture because I took a selfie with Gilbert and Eric to remember them by!
