  • First I have to say, I hate giving bad reviews. If a restaurant is bad but I feel like they tried to accommodate the customer then I would just not review and let it be. However I have to stick to the 1 star for this restaurant and that is only because the food is good. I walked in at 7:50PM looking for a table for 2. It was well over an hour wait, which we were okay with, but after the hour had passed we had to physically go inside and fight for a table. Finally after being embarrassed and realizing that they had forgot about our party they gave us a table. Since it was late already and we knew what we wanted we ordered everything at once. Appetizer, entrée and drinks. We got our appetizers right off the bat and it was some delicious Tom Kah Gia. It however took us over an hour once again to get our food. by that time the soup had turned cold. When we complained to the manager he stated that they offset meals by 10 to 20 mins, but I fought back and told him that we ordered everything at one time, so there should be no reason why things are late. He apologized and said he would take care of us and would do everything he can to make us happy. I thought that maybe this meant a discount on the bill. When the bill came it was full priced and no discount applied to anything. When I asked to see the manager one more time took about 20 mins for him to walk over to us and I had to remind the waiter multiple times to talk with manager, perhaps the worst customer service experience of my life. When he walked over I showed him the bill and asked what have you done to accommodate our hardships. He said "oh yeah..." and walked away. He then returned with some ice cream desert, but both me and my party were full and did not want dessert so he basically brought out something that was a complete waste, he should have just discounted the bill with the price of the ice cream. So in the end I walked in at 7:50PM left the restaurant at 10:30PM very upset at how the manager had handled the situation. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will warn people of the service here. I don't care how famous the place is or how good the food is, the management is destroying the hard work the cooks and everyone else puts forth. My previous experience was just the same, but they actually forgot to bring me an entrée I ordered, that was 2 years ago. I am sad to see that things have not changed much :(
