We stay at the Palms every year before our big developer event. This review is for current condition of hotel, which has been heavily renovated.
The rooms are decent and the beds comfortable, kind of upper-right range for Vegas hotels. The hotel has gotten cleaner, but casino still feels dirty at times. Other hotels also do better job of filtering smoke. It does have some fantastic suites.
The restaurants are all very good, particularly nove. It is not a good sports book. The usually have five people who only take track bets standing around, then a line if you want to make a sports bet.
Before booking, be aware it is far off the steip.
