Won't ever come back again. The worst customer service and salespeople in a BMW dealership I have ever seen. Came here to buy a BMW convertible and they only had one convertible on the lot. This was during the summer. The employees and receptionist left me standing there for 30 minutes before anyone came to approach us. The saleswoman was awful. Just awful. She seemed like she didn't even want to work there. The saleswoman said she would call me back when she finds my car. Fast forward 3 months later, no calls or emails from this BMW dealership's sales woman. I have no idea why this place is so disorganized! I never imagined that a BMW DEALERSHIP would treat customers this poorly. I was there to buy a car in the mid $50,000 range.
I had no idea why I was treated that way. What I do know is that the sales people get much higher commission for pushing new lease contracts.
I don't think you should be working in a dealership if you don't like your job and you're really bad at finding the customer a car.
What's even worse is that the saleswoman wouldn't let me test drive the car because it was not the one I was gonna buy on that day. The only convertible they had on lot was an orange coloured convertible. Brace yourselves, the saleswoman tried to convince me that orange convertibles is a everyday car colour.
Needless to say, very poor service. Came to a dealership and the sales woman didn't want to put in the work to help me find my car.
