rev:text	I moved to RP when it was under a different management company than what it is now. During my first year, all of my maintenance requests were answered in a timely manner. I knew who the maintenance workers were along with everyone in the office. It felt as though it was a real community. I want to say in February of 2015, it felt as though my apartment tanked because the management company changed. There has been two managers since then and none of my maintenance request were completed in a timely manner. At first it took an entire seven days to fix my leaking AC unit and then it took over sixty days to have the AC unit fixed. When my husband brought it to the office's attention they called him a liar and said it was fixed on a day that we were not home. Funny part is, we did not give them permission to enter the unit. Before renting an apartment here, please check it out for yourself. I felt as though the office staff was rude and did not care about the property.
