This is a very small restaurant with no ambience but great food. There are a little over 12 tables so be prepared when you walk in. There's also some seating at the bar. On the plus side, they do accept reservations, which I had.
We ordered the causa rellena with crab. Although flavorful, it was served cold. We also ordered the frites which were excellent.
For the main course, I ordered frijol con seco a la norteno. It's served with rice and beans. My friend ordered the pork chop. Both dishes were excellent.
Be prepared for slow service and a relatively long wait time for your food. When I went, there was one waitress and one cook.
