  • Horrible front desk person - not knowledgeable about insurance and so rude to my Mother, she was shaking! Waiting room crowded so crowded and not enough seats to sit! Took our business to Sonora Quest, in the next building and had a great experience. Don't waste your time - just go directly to Sonora Quest.
