  • I am giving one star to the lady whom is the owner of the store. The two male employees are sweet hearts and you can clearly tell that they hated her. Horrible service from this lady who came up with this ridiculous policy- you have to buy weighs for all the balloons that you purchase there. If that is the case, maybe price your balloons properly? Raise the price and say that they come with weighs? My experience there was as if I was begging her to sell me her stuff. Can't believe it's 2017 and there are people who still run their business like that.
