  • Summer winds apt. Needs to improve on the way they run their office! I put a work order in first thing in the morning and it took them all day to finally send someone out and then the guy that did the work did a half ass job! So I called to complain and they said they would do another work order on it and send someone else out well I'm still waiting a day later!!! They don't take care of their tenants and they need to install cameras here too!!! But they're on you when you're late on your rent
