  • Northpoint has been wonderful and got the monkey off my back. When I took over my mother's home,there were numerous remodeling issues to address. Northpoint supported me in this process and now, stays ontop of maintenance issues that come up. Shaun is mindful of the expenses that will trickle down to my wallet but works to keep my renters happy. They have just signed up for their third year renting my home! My goal with owning a rental property is a hassle-free situation where I can collect a check every month on my investment. I would say Northpoint has helped me meet that goal.
