| - This is a long overdue review. We bought our MDX at this dealership in 2012. Our salesman was Chip, who knows everything about Acura cars. He was so enthusiastic in telling us all the functions of each model. He got me fall in love with my car. Every time I get my car service, if Chip sees me, he will come to say hi and ask how I am doing. I would definitely come to him first for my next car.
I did my car wash and maintenance service at this dealer from 2012-2014. Their waiting lounge is spacious with sofas, continental breakfast, coffee, and cold waters. However I was not impress with the customer service of the Service department.
I came back to this dealership have my timing belt and water pump replaced in 2018, and I was so happy. I called at around 5pm on Thursday to see if I could bring my car in the next day, and that I would need a loaner. Heather said she would have an SUV loaner reserved for me. This is a plus for this location. They have many loaner cars here. I tried to have my car service at the Findlay Acura in Henderson on Tuesday, and they didn't have any loaner for the rest of the week.
As soon as I parked in the service area the next day, Heather came out to greet me at my car, asked how I was doing, and started numbering my car to get the work started. She was so efficient. I was able to drop my car off and be on my way in the loaner within 20'. Later in the day, Heather left me a message to let me know my car was ready.
The service department at this dealership has improved so much since 2014. I live in Henderson, but I will start coming to this dealership again for their great service.
