Really unpleasant experience and not over yet.
Dropped my car off and was pleased with fast initial service.
Boy was I wrong.
I was quoted a two week repair time on my car. So I scheduled a two week rental. One and a half weeks into the repair I checked in, only to be told the person helping me had quit, and now my car wouldn't be ready for another week.
That week has came and gone and they "hope to have my car done by next week"
I wish I had taken my car literally anywhere else. Great shop literally right next door I've used in the past. Decided to use this one because it was affiliated with Usaa and told me the expedited usaa clients.
Someone offered to pay for the rest of my rental but that has been a three day stress nightmare as they didn't think to call the 800 number and had me thinking Until the very last second it hadn't been switched over. For taking responsibility and paying for my rental I give them two stars. But the professional thing to do would have been to finish my car by the 17th when I was originally quoted!
I'm stressed, upset and still without my car. Please learn from my experience and go elsewhere
