Checked this place out yesterday for lunch and was very satisfied with my time here. The atmosphere was very fun and it seemed like they put a lot of effort into their decor.
The first thing that I usually notice is how many vegetarian options a restaurant has, and Kaya did not let me down! It is rare that I can find so many things that I am able to eat that I actually have a difficult choice deciding.
I ended up getting the tempura avocado tacos. It had jalapenos, carrots, cucumber and cilantro. I also got a side of the sweet potato fries, which I have to say I did not love. They were just too oily. The tacos were great though! Very filling. The only problem was I asked the waiter if they were spicy at all and he said no, which was a lie! Twas spicy! It seemed like everything might be a little spicy here, however, so beware if you do not like a bit of a kick.
