  • I have to say that after going up to Scottsdale Mercedes-Benz and experiencing their customer service, I'm highly disappointed with the Chandler M-B location. The first time I visited, I asked the salesperson to explain all of the features on a vehicle I was interested in. He was somewhat unenthusiastic about the interaction and I left underwhelmed. I went back and met Tressa. She is the only reason that I even gave 3 stars...she is phenomenal! Wonderful personality and seems to have an answer for every question I asked. If she didn't have an answer, she asked someone who did. However, they did not have the vehicle I wanted and the manager was uninterested in locating another from a different dealership. Therefore, I went up to Scottsdale and purchased one from them. The Scottsdale Schumacher Mercedes-Benz dealership was more than accommodating and happy to help me with my purchase. Shame on you M-B of Chandler!
