We kennelled our cats here during the holiday season. Our 12 year old cats have never been kennelled before, but our regular pet sitting service had ceased their mississauga operations.
The facilities are quite nice. The kennels are quite spacious, and there was more than enough rooms for both cats to stay together. Prices were affordable for their one week stay.
Picking them up, I was told that they were ok. It would be nice if there were a log, like my pet sitter used to give. That evening I noticed that both cats were sneezing and wheezing.
$250 to the vet to treat their kennel cough, and three weeks later the cats were back to normal. The one cat had lost 4 lbs in 1 week kennelled (25% of her weight), and they said she was ok.
I've kennelled cats before in London and Ottawa and never had an issue with illnesses. My wife paid for the kennel visit, and she was unwilling to raise issue with the kennel or even inform them that they had an infectious disease coursing the kennel.
