  • Worst mani-pedi ever. I had the Travelzoo voucher and decided to give them a try with a girlfriend. We both hated it. Pedicure: I need my heels scraped. It's not an option. The metal cuticle pusher hurt like a mofo. My feet did not soak long enough for such treatment. She barely trimmed my cuticles. The paint job was mediocre at best and I'm sure I could've done a better job blindfolded. Manicure: It was a shellac paint. It was also done dry and my cuticles are close and stick to my nails, so obviously I was in great discomfort when she applied force to push them back. She didn't even trim my cuticles until i asked her to and now I wish she hadn't because they look worse. The shellac paint job was horrible. The corners were missed and the application was so uneven. My friend's french shellac wasn't all that much better. We won't be going back.
