  • I was going to give it only 4 stars because they weren't able to fix the squeak in my husband's leather loafer, but I brought the shoes back to Luis less than a month from when he first worked on them, and he didn't charge me anything to fully diagnose and fix the problem. (As it turns out, the squeak originated from the sole and not the heel.) Go ahead and take your shoes there and Luis will take care of them for you. Yes, even your expensive shoes. Just be sure to call them ahead to make sure they are ready to pick up if your shoes are going in for major surgeries, like my husband's did.
