  • I bought a light fixture at Ferguson's in February. It was delivery to my home and I didn't check the condition when it arrived. I had it installed this week (June). When I took it out of the box, I noticed the huge dent in the side. I called Ferguson's and they gave me outstanding customer service! They exchanged the shade even though it was 5 months after purchase. Thank you for your outstanding customer care!!
