  • Zero customer service skills. Went in around 9 on a Saturday night and asked about walk-ins (very small line of script--extremely easy tattoo). We were told by the girl at the front desk that she could get us in at 11:30 that night, so we filled out the paperwork and left. We came back right around 11:00-11:10PM and some guy asked if we had an appointment. I explained the situation and immediately got the vibe that he wanted us to leave. He asked about the tattoo I was there to get and as soon as I told him it was really minor, he could not wait to get me out of the shop. He told me he had just gotten off a 10 hour piece and that the artist who was originally going to be doing my tattoo would not be done by 11:30. He told me to come back the next day. When I told him I didn't live in the area, it was basically too bad so sad. They refused to give me my paperwork back also. My friend and I were standing in the parking lot waiting around when, minutes later, the guy left the shop with his friends. Clearly, they were just looking to get their Saturday night started early. Never mind the the shop hours were listed as being open quite a while longer. Honestly, this shop made me feel like I didn't matter at all. They're probably used to dealing with the young college crowd and don't think anything of treating people like garbage. Won't be back, and I regret that I got my first tattoo here a couple years ago. I'd give zero stars if Yelp allowed it.
