  • Stuck in drive through line for 20 minutes! 3:30pm on a Friday...when kids get out of school and want smoothies. Only one guy working. Very apologetic about the wait. Paid at window then had to go around and park and wait for smoothies. Now have been waiting another 5 minutes. Management better figure this out fast or we'll go back to getting shakes next door at Carl's Jr.
