  • My husband and I went to this clinic for a consultation about hair and weight loss programs. Our appointment was at 11 am. We waited almost 30 minutes for our consultation, and the clinic was absolutely empty, this should have been a red flag. Finally when we were about to leave, a guy and a young lady rushed into the clinic and without apologizing for the wait, the guy took us into his office. We thought he was a doctor for hair loss but when we asked if he was indeed a doctor, he had an attitude and explained that there were no doctors or nurses in the clinic. He was very unprofessional, rude, and very irritable to answer any of our questions. Every time we would ask a direct question, he would just answer with responses unrelated to our initial question. He did offer us a deal that we strongly considered at first. The offer was that If we would buy a laser cap, he then would give us a laser contouring program for free. So we agreed to hear more about the program in another room/office. We entered another room and met with a young girl, who also was neither a doctor or a nurse. The consultation was a little better than the first one, however we just couldn't get the answers for any of our questions. Overall the experience was just terrible and I would strongly recommend for people to read all of the reviews before going and scheduling a consultation with them.
