  • We contacted Renewal by Anderson to receive a quote for windows and doors. I'll spare all the sorted details and just get to the point. While the sales people are nice enough, the follow up was lacking. I had to reach out multiple times to receive what was only a partial quote and one that lacked any detail. We may have chosen to use them based on friends who had windows installed and were pleased but I could not get them to pull a formal quote together. Like many contractors they seem to have too much going on to provide the necessary information for the consumer to make a decision.
