  • We recently bought a couch there because they offered cheap prices and delivery. However, the customer service is about the worst I've ever experienced. I called to confirm the delivery date and the owner/manager literally yelled at me over the phone. We bought the couch sight-unseen as they did not have it in stock. It's an okay couch. I wouldn't say worth the price of what they're asking for. Product quality is low. Customer service is terrible. Shop here as a last resort. ETA: After a couple months of using the couch (i.e. sitting on it) it is literally falling apart. The fabric tears where you sit, and the springs and wooden frame is falling apart. Again, I warn Yelpers: Stay away from this store!!
