I was a driver of Veyo. Too many no-shows by passengers. Just unreasonably too many. There must be a way to also penalize errant passengers who waste my gas and my time. Veyo needs to address this.
I also had a passenger with me and he got calls from 2 other Veyo drivers who were both waiting at the place of pick up. No idea if these are just Veyo computer glitches or multiple bookings by impatient passengers but the bottom line is Veyo and Veyo computers need to thoroughly screen all these instead of relegating this as something the Veyo driver needs to endure.
Too many passengers just cancel outright even if I already called and talked to them that I was on my way to pick them up. How does Veyo address this ?
When you call Very Driver Support, it takes unreasonably too long for a human to pick up the phone.
Veyo gives me assignments that are just way too far from me. 11.8 miles at one point. Why can't Veyo have a smaller radius ? It makes no pint to drive long number of miles only for a ride to be either canceled or for the ride to be a really short one like 0.6 miles.
There are many times that I get tip offers that do not even mention the distance from where I am to the pick-up location. This is another serious problem Veyo needs to address. And usually I end up getting a Driver Suspension for refusing incidents like these. It is all one sided. Beggars can't be choosers.
