| - My husband and I had Appts in November, on the same day, 2 hours apart. Because my appt took over 2 hours, my husband was a little late for his appt. The person at the front desk, when she finally got to the desk, was rude to him, and cancelled his appt. His appt was rescheduled, and when he went in the second time, he told the office manager about the person at the front desk. One week later we received a certified letter from them, saying that WE could not return to their office. The only problem i had during my appt, was that in the middle of getting my referrals from the same office person, she made me wait so she could schedule someone else's appt. Bottom line, if you have a problem with the front desk, keep it to yourself or find a new doctor.
