A Brewers' technician provided a $4k estimate to replace my mom's indoor coil in a Trane unit. Howard Air did the job for approximately $2k less. I called Brewers about their $4k estimate. After a rather testy exchange, I said that I wanted to understand why there was such a huge difference between them and Howard Air, and the person I spoke with said, "You don't need to understand."
Well, I certainly don't understand, but I'm sure that you can understand why I can't recommend them.
