  • I called APS to transfer the utility account to my business. The lady was very nice and explained that there will be a security deposit of 7200 dollars. I asked if it would be possible to use a surety bond insurance and her answer was yes. I purchased the bond and after they received it they said that they can not accept the bond because it's address specific. At no point was I explained that BEFORE the bond was issued. Now I am missing the connection date, a new bond needs to be issued and of course new FedEx charges will be involved. Very disappointed and frustrated!
