  • Ouch...could not believe this is TWC Customer Service location! Before I trash 'em too badly, I did get good service once I was waited on. How discouraging to work there when it could be so much better! TWC should be embarrassed to invite the public into "their home" when it is so dumpy, crowded, out date, under-staffed, and nearly impossible to find. Is anyone listening?? What a contrast to the arena which earns the city bragging rights. Hate that I'm returning to them for my cable after years of great service with Direct TV. Double ouch.
