  • I miscarried, and went into this Banana Republic location to return recently purchased shoes in exchange for clothes to fit me during my in-between. Obviously, it was an emotional time for me, but tell me i'm not off to be IRRATE that the cashier returned the shoes and refunded the original card without even asking (wasn't my credit card, it was a gift, so that's embarrassing as is), wouldn't reverse it (I get that then it's a credit card issue)...AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY SHOES BACK! OR STORE CREDIT! He didn't even apologize! He just stood there. No exaggeration. A girl Athena backed him up, and I left there empty handed. I basically just gave them my (or a friend's, SO AWKWARD) money back for nothing. I am absolutely shocked at their jaw droppingly horrible customer service and will never, ever, ever shop here again.
