  • Woah! What an intense workout! I just recently moved to Charlotte from California and I've been trying out pretty much every gym in the city - since there are tons! I heard about this place from a couple clients that come in to my salon. And then a girlfriend of mine convinced me to try it with her - we bought the 3 classes for $35 deal (what a steal, definitely buy this!). We tried our first class with Coach Kristi. She was awesome! She explained the machine really well and helped with form throughout the whole class. I was shaking pretty much the ENTIRE class! It was HARD but felt so good! I took class yesterday morning and I'm definitely feeling it today. It's a pretty pricey studio but after actually taking a class I see why. It's worth the money! I can't wait to try some other teachers and see what others exercises they do!
