I had ordered some Halloween items online and 2 pumpkins came damaged (not broken because of packing ) but one had a part of the writing missing and the other one had some
"crackling" cracks. I called the return phone number and said I no longer had the box and the lady was so nice (forgot her name) and said "we don't want damaged items back" would you like an exchange or a refund. I took the refund and keep the items.. How amazing is that!! Love this store.
