| - This clinic is super unprofessional!! ( Please READ ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE)
I recently got a kitten and i needed to bring her to her first checkup, which was this horrifying place ( that i OH SO VERY REGRET) I was recommended this place by a friend. AND ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THEY ARE CHEAP IN PRICE PERHAPS,AND TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
First of all, I can't understand why they hire people that seem to have no experience at all other than one of the receptionist there. Not to mention that their clinic is very unorganized and dirty looking. To add on the place was so hard to find!!
Secondly, as soon as i arrived i had a gut feeling that this place would be terrible, Reason why is because, no one greets you, you end up waiting one hour in line just to get some service, even though it wasn't BUSY AT ALL!!(Also they don't even realize you're there) not to mention you have to wait another 30 minutes just to get sent to a room... Then as soon as you enter the room.. guess what, YOU HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 25 minutes for the doctor to help you!! AND another 30 minutes to GET YOUR BILL.... WHAT..?
After all that waiting.. i was already frustrated,
As soon as the doctor came in to the horrifying room with rusty counter tops, dirty walls and floors,we told dr that our kitten had a problem with pooping, dr said that "SORWY Whe Cent Halp yoo with anything othder dan givin her sum fluids, YOue Cen Leave her here but we are not responsible for anything that happens to her" , so then dr continued the checkup and asked my BF to hold our poor kitty down as she stuck a thermometer up my kittens butt... because dr couldn't do it her/hiself /ask assistant... So afterwards the poor kitty started squealing and everything, he/she said that he/she could bring her(my kitty) to the back and give her some fluids...
Then as soon as the dr took our kitten to the back ...all i heard was squealing, Screaming and my poor baby crying for help... I was terrified.. I was about to break down and cry.. When they were finished the doctor roughly opened the door calling out on how our kitten bit one of her employees..."YOUR KITTEN IS VERY AGGRESSIVE SHE BIT ONE OUR EMPLOYEE!!" (in an accent we could barely understand..) Plus as i recalled... the roughness when she/he handled our kitten when giving her the thermometer i already knew something will happen, and seeing how you work in a vet i'm sure its expected to happen..
and soon after.. we carried on with the check-up... THE DOCTOR SEEMED LIKE ____ DIDN'T KNOW WHAT _____ WAS DOING .. FOR ___ MADE A MESS GIVING OUR POOR KITTEN MEDICINE.. (We were told to give her these syringes at home and we did it without our kitten throwing a tantrum or making a mess!!)
ANYWAY... Lets pack up this story and let me tell you this!! DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR KITTEN TO DIE FROM TERROR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
