  • The most frustrating thing is when the establishment is unable to keep organized and up to date with the demand. I spent over a week contacting these people to get some type of confirmation that I would be going on the bus tour. My friends as I are here from out of town and half of us heard back from them immediately while the other half had to make countless calls/emails to get any answers. The lady running the phones seems to be fairly new but was unable to give me any concrete plans until HOURS before we were suppose to go. My friends and I were even debating returning all of the tickets if we couldn't all get in. Aside from the unnecessary headache and anxiety over confirmation for this tour everything else ran smoothly. My friends and I were all on the same bus tour. The tour guide Christian was excellent. The clubs were awesome with good music and drinks. The only reason they are getting a 2star is because of the poor response time and aggravation that followed from the booking end.
