  • When I first connected with this company, they discovered that there would be some difficulty getting softened water to our fridge due to a singularly strange kitchen arrangement. Normally, running a separate water line would land outside the original contract. But, because hooking the fridge up was part of the sales pitch, they came out and hooked it all up free of charge. That kind of integrity in a company deserves 5 stars.
