  • Had heard a loud banging noise whenever it's windy outside and thought originally it was for my neighbor's patio awning however after further investigation I found that the sound was coming from my fireplace and figured it was something to do with the chimney. I called Chiminey Cricket and they pretty much diagnose the problem over the phone. They came out and went up on the roof and screwed down the chimney cap and cover and now it is very quiet and peaceful when the wind blows. Very happy with their work and the price was not exorbitant for the work that they did. Highly recommended
