This reminds me of the pizza joints that I used to frequent in NY and NJ - small, extremely casual, with a good variety of pizzas ready to be sampled, especially if you are in the mood for trying more than one kind. Because the pizzas are already cooked and are in full view, it's easy to make a choice - or choices. As in the pizzerias that crowd the northeastern seaboard, the pizzas here are mainly thin-crust and you get your order fast because the slices chosen just need to be heated up. I went here to try their cauliflower-crust pizza, which I ordered with a topping of pepperoni. It was decent and satisfying, and it's quite amazing that the cauliflower crust had almost the same texture and flavor as a regular wheat crust. Definitely a place I would visit again for pizza meal or snack during my next visit to the Desert Ridge Marketplace.
