rev:text	Lived here for a year. Some of the staff is awesome, or so I thought. Erica told me my total move out fees would be around 260 or I could pay about 250 for a fee to move out a little early. So we choose to stay to the last day based on her information. Then when it came time to pay the rent for the final month, suddenly it was 460 something. When I tried to understand the situation, I was told that the 260 was a potential fee for not giving proper notice, and that it was not the final rent. I asked specifically what the total fees to stay would be, and Erica failed to make sure I understood the situation fully. When I tried to discuss this MASSIVE MISCOMMUNICATION, I was treated like a moron by her, even though my wife was standing with me during the initial conversation and HEARD THE WHOLE THING!! Erica claims she made notes about the call, so that means she remembers it well, but she clearly does not.. Or she doesn't want to take responsibility for her not understanding the information that I needed in order to make an educated decision. She made the comment that she's not a mind reader on the last call.. but guess what Erica, NEITHER ARE YOUR TENANTS AND YOU SHOULD EXPLAIN THINGS AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS COVERED WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY. I really wanted to give this place a 4 star rating originally, but because the lack of proper communication and the general attitude of Erica regarding this situation I cannot. What I can say, if you plan to move here, is, RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION WITH THE STAFF ON YOUR PHONE. Otherwise it's likely incompetence will leave you with a BS bill that wouldn't of happened otherwise.
