Came here on a fairly busy day (Toronto Pride Parade). This location shares the storefront with a joining Subway. Few seats inside. It was pretty messy when I went, but because I understood this was due to the amount of traffic, it doesn't factor into my rating.
I foolishly tried the Banana Split when I went...completely missed out on the MARBLE SLAB experience with them mushing the ice cream together. The Banana Split comes with 3 flavours of your choice and 3 toppings. I had Red Velvet and their fancy names for a generic vanilla and chocolate, topped with brownies, kitkat, and reese's pieces. I only got about 4 brownie pieces in and one stick of kitkat...not much. The banana was sweet with some brown spots on it, but can't expect all bananas to be perfect!
I actually enjoyed my banana split. It was pretty sweet, but not crazy DQ sweet. I just watched in envy as customers before me had their ice cream mashed together....I'll do another review once I have that true marble slab experience. Customer service was pretty decent. The girl serving us seemed a slightly impatient, but she wasn't rude about it. Moreso watching us intently with a straight face as I went "what should I get...?" after finding out they ran out of their mango flavoured ice cream. Sorry! It was my first time trying this franchise...please bear with me.
