  • If there was a ZERO stars, I would have chosen it. I see all the very positive reviews that have been posted on this contractor which is very confusing. I must have gotten the "lemon" project manager sent to my house. The guy (Henry) was an hour late, for which he offered NO apology or reason which as you might imagine set the tone for my appointment. As I explained to him what I was wanting done, he seemed to comment and focus on everything but my comments. And when we were talking about the dining area expansion, he starts suggesting SCREENS as the enclosure for the space. Mind you, the dining area consists of two exterior walls, and you're suggesting I use SCREENS??? WTF?! Then he starts giving me piece-meal pricing, tells me I have to buy all the materials myself, and never even got to taking measurements. I finally had enough and told him clearly this estimate was NOT what I was expecting nor the way I wanted to work through these projects. He left and I decided I'm washing my hands of this company. I am very disappointed with my experience, because based on all the great reviews I was expecting so much more...
