  • Stay away from Roundpoint. Started the refinance process with Roundpoint by filling out an application. After Roundpoint pulled my credit, the loan officer never contacted me again. Unreal! I tried several times to reach him but did not receive a call back or an email. I eventually refinanced with Riteway Mortgage at the same rate with better lender credit.
