  • I am a firm believer in customer service and my most recent experience at this particular Rosati's was the epitome of disrespectful. I called to place an order for pick up the person that answered seemed to be very bothered with me adding additional ingredients to a quarter of the pizza. After he repeated the order I asked him if he could please add jalapeños. He yelled No I can't and hung up the phone. After a few minutes I called back and requested the manager only to find out that the person on the phone was the owner. I'll never spend my money at a place that treats their customers that way.
