  • I was not going to write a review on this company because my experience was so bad. I much prefer to write positive reviews. We purchased a very expensive truck from this dealer and they arranged the financing for us. The interest rate was good but getting the information regarding the bank was a nightmare. Numerous phone calls and one additional visit to the dealership were to no avail. Finally went to a branch bank to obtain necessary info. They had agreed to move our fifth wheel hitch into the new truck and, as expected, that didn't happen either. We purchased a new hitch ourselves so $900 later we can tow our fifth wheel. Then yesterday, the final insult occurred. Received the title from Earnhardt and a cover letter. The cover letter did not even have my husband's correct name. Seems that it doesn't matter how much you spend, customer service is non-existent. Never received a call from the manager to apologize for our very bad experience and numerous people in the business were aware of our displeasure. Will never buy another vehicle there and will certainly not recommend them to others.
