  • I used to stay at the HOTEL three or four times a year. We were always happy with it, mainly because of the separate rooms. I smoke and my wife doesn't. So, the bedroom for us was no smoking and the living room was smoking. But the Delano is completely NO SMOKING which defeats the purpose of our staying there. Too bad you guys lost a customer. We're now moving to another suite off the strip a bit but at least they have smoking rooms.
