  • We experienced a kitchen drain clog that was refractory to plunging and the sinks continued to slowly fill and require bailing to prevent overflowage. Our home warranty through American Home Shield connected us with Rite-A-Way. Rene, a master plumber, came out to the house and solved the problem within 15 minutes. He was very kind and knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to resolve it. He then educated me about what to do to prevent a similar occurrence. His professionalism is to be commended...and celebrated!! (As it is a rarity in this day and age) I will definitely use their services again if necessary and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you for making us whole again!!
