| - Went in for a haircut midday on a weekday and there was only one stylist there, no one else. When I sat down, I told her what I wanted and even showed her a picture. Before even starting she goes, "Oh, you washed your hair this morning, so I don't need to wash then." Not a question, a statement. More on that later.
Starts cutting my hair and I'm checking its length as she goes and asking for modifications, but she keeps dallying, saying she's not done. Near the end of the cut, I tell her, no I'd like it shorter on the sides and top, and she pulls a Consuela from Family Guy on me.... "No... no.... a nooooo."
I'm not fully satisfied by the haircut, but decide to not make it an issue as she wasn't willing to give me what I requested, and it was getting late.
In the end though, what bugged me most was that she charged me $45 for this mediocre haircut, when I later find out all haircuts come with a wash and dry, store policy. Lazy.
The haircut and the service, both 'meh'.
Also, it's the middle of the summer in Toronto. Try turning on the AC, or at least get a fan.
