  • I came down to Vegas for a pharmacy prep class and stayed at the palms place hotel for 5 days. I found this Starbucks on yelp and it was less than 0.5mi away! I thought PERFECT!(: It's right down the street from me & on the way to class BUT unfortunately I had such a bad experience every morning for 5 days. Way to start the day right? Let me tell you about my experience. I would walk through the door each morning and was not greeted once. I was not acknowledged or even given one smile. OKAY.... Whatever I'll brush it off. I came up to order and greeted the cashier with a smile anyways. I kindly asked for a "triple shot of express over ice in a venti cup... (Not done ordering)" she walks over to the pick up window and placed my cup on the counter for the other bartista to make. When she came back I told her also wanted cream and a sweet and low in it as well. She rolls her eyes and walks back over to write on the cup and asked if I want anything else. I then said oatmeal please. She charge me for the oatmeal and walked to make it without giving me my total. I'm like okay I'll just scan my phone.. she comes back and gives me the oatmeal and stares at me looking confused as to why i'm still standing there. No total? No receipt? I was like "uh.. Did it go through?" And she was like "yeah." (no thank you?! Ok ok) I took my coffee and my oatmeal went to my class that was 2minutes away and guess what it was ice cold! My other really bad experience was the next time I came in (same girl with blonde hair) took my order. I ordered the same coffee and in the middle of my sentence she greeted one of her regulars and cuts me off while I was ordering my breakfast sandwich so all she heard was cheese... THEN she looks at me and asked me what else did you say? I was like "and a sausage cheese and egg sandwich please". Tell me why when my order came out I got a plain cheese sandwich AND a sausage and cheese one.. I had to pay extra because she was rude and wasn't paying attention to my order? Worst Starbucks !
