  • I was referred to this company through my home warranty. They told me that they would be by my house from 4-8pm. I rushed home from work and called out to my second job to wait for the air conditioner to be fixed. If you live in Vegas, you know what I mean.... Well, then at 6 pm, my husband, who was at work, said he had a missed called from A&R. I called the guy back and he said he had "moved on" because no one answered his phone call. When you make an appointment, you show up! I was waiting for him, never left the house, and he doesn't even bother to come! Our house is in a far part of the valley- and I'm sure he just didn't want to drive all the way out to Henderson. I can't believe the NERVE of this company. I made an appointment, I was there.....you show up to the appointment and DO YOUR JOB.
