  • Customer service for rentals was lacking and unorganized. We asked if we could put our names down (since there were no bikes left) and they let us know we had to stand there waiting and could not leave to go inside the shop or to the bathroom. We were considering buying bikes that day instead of renting but just left dissatisfied.
