  • Horrendous experience with these folks, totally took advantage of my son, a college student driving a 2002 Mercedes, charged us one and a half times what he was quoted without a call, it was highway robbery and no explanation whatsoever. Criminal! Please find someone else to service your car. From a struggling single parent who had just exhausted her resources to provide a car for her son, I am so sorry I didn't get involved in the process sooner, a very, very, very expensive lesson born out of naïveté to the shameless overcharging and horrendous communication of this dealership! I'm disgusted.
